Our Technical Service Division is a well-established international service organization specialized in renal care technologies. The success of our company has been proven by our continued growth. Since 2015 we have established ourselves in 12 countries throughout the EMEA region and continue to grow.

Our technical offices are equipped to support customers locally across the EMEA region with teams of experienced engineers and leaders.

Beyond our facilities in each country, the entire organization is strongly connected to share knowledge and resources on a global scale. This results in a consistent German standard approach to all of our services. We are offering our services in neighboring regions and even worldwide with an efficient and expert shared service managed by an international team.

All our service personnel works within our quality guidelines and uses our internally developed service software by our R&D Division as a reporting and planning tool.
