To keep pace with our growing business we are looking for an ambitious candidate to join our leadership team as

Business Development Director (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for sales, business development & growth in our new / growing area of dialysis products
• Acquire new customers (distributors, clinics)
• Develop and expand key accounts while effectively managing customer relationships
• Leading and directing commercial negotiations to drive business growth.
• Ensure consistent representation of the company in the market
• Contribute to the overall development of the company as part of the management team

Your profile:

• Relevant degree qualification
• Extensive understanding and well-established network in the worldwide dialysis markets
• +10 years job experience in sales / business development on worldwide level
• Proven track record of effectively boosting sales and penetrating new markets
• Excellent communication skills
• „Hands on“ mentality & high degree of motivation
• Demonstrated willingness to travel frequently in order to maintain strong customer relationships
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
