Legal and HR Associate (m/f/d)

Your tasks in HR:

• Support the Human Resources department
• Assist in operational and strategic human resources management, reporting directly to the management
• Support in advising management, executives and employees on all personnel-related issues
• Constructive and trusting cooperation with all management levels
• Further development of personnel management for personnel recruitment, personnel support and personnel development
• Process optimization and ensuring personnel support as well as timely payroll accounting
• Develop personnel marketing and employer branding (career website, social media networks, recruiting fairs, university events, etc.).
• Optimize continuously job postings as well as recruiting processes

Your tasks in Legal:

• Support the Legal Department
• Recording and processing facts from a legal point of view and developing a basis for decision-making and recommendations for action for management
• Drafting, editing and negotiating contracts
• Dealing with legal issues, in particular in the area of contracts
• Advising on a wide range of social law issues, consulting in legal matters and legal support
• General administrative, organizational, support and supervisory tasks in contract law

Your profile:

• Degree with HR relevance or comparable commercial training with additional qualification in human resources management / successfully completed legal training
• At least one years of relevant professional experience in Legal & HR management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Sound knowledge of contract law
• Understanding of economic contexts and the ability to develop own solutions
• Linguistic ability to present complex issues and their legal assessment
• Willingness to take on management tasks (also for the first time)
• Process-oriented, structured and team-oriented way of working
• High level of consulting and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Office products
