In order to strengthen its role in the production, sales, marketing and further development of the highly innovative Gynedil dilation devices (www.gynedil.com), D.Med Healthcare AG has increased its share in Belgrade-based Inove d.o.o., the manufacturer of Gynedil, from 10 to 54.5% by taking over the shares of the company’s founder Dobrivoje Rajkovic. This deal underlines the importance of the Gynaecology segment in D.med’s future strategy and will be followed by further steps in this field.
