Project / Change Manager (MedTech Operations) (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Collaborate with leadership team to define & implement business transformation process & related change activities
  • Coordinate strategy formulation & implementation
  • Prepare and moderate workshops
  • Track tasks out of the workshops (project management) & support those tasks if necessary
  • Support the leadership team in communication around the changes
  • Prepare and drive collaborations with new partners / suppliers and acquisitions
  • Support financial & business controlling

Your profile:

  • Relevant degree qualification
  • Basic industry knowledge / regulatory knowledge / process in MedTech (development, production)
  • Strong business sense
  • 3-7 years job experience, min. 3 of them in project / change management
  • Track record in driving change & transformation, also with senior executives
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of methods in project management, strategy definition
  • (Basic) skills in business development, research & development, finance are beneficial
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
